CF Fundamentals - $360
Learn HOW TO crossfit in 5 sessions covering proper movement patterns, intensity and workout pacing. Includes one month of group classes upon "graduation." Discounts are available for small groups of up to five trainees.
Single session - $65
Some folks just want or need some personal attention and guidance in their training. For regular trainees, this is ideal for addressing weaknesses or technique issues via a single workout and the development of an attack plan.
The "713" PaCKAGE - $700
This 13 session package starts with a goals and assessment meeting, followed by a minimum of 2 in-person workouts per week plus assigned homework. Includes diet analysis, planning and support.
