​​CrossFit Rochester is located at 3750 Monroe Ave, Pittsford, NY.  The property has its own traffic signal. Just after you turn in off Monroe Ave, turn right and go all the way across the front side of the building before turning left and driving toward the rear of the property.  We are in suite 1025 between Agape Black Belt Center and Pittsford Digital Golf.
